About Sanji

Sanji was a legislative aide to Senator Ted Kennedy. He was inspired to work for Senator Kennedy by the single promise that the Senator’s constituents could always rely on from him.

He was for the Underdog, the Little Guy.

For the last 15 yrs, Sanji has held high pressure sales and marketing leadership roles in early to late stage startups.

Time and time again, he’s had 15 seconds or less to communicate to a room full of stakeholders at the largest companies and orgs in the world how his solutions could help them survive and thrive. He’s won or lost based on his ability to clearly understand and communicate client problems, clearly explain a precise solution with easy to understand benefits, and build a startup brand based on delivering a promise that clients could expect across all of its touchpoints with his companies.

Two years ago, he decided to bring that discipline to politics. Together with his cofounder and long-time collaborator Jon, he built Get On Message—a platform and methodology purpose-built to help Democratic candidates find, sharpen, and consistently deliver the single promise that earns voter trust.
