You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and grade documents. You acknowledge that:
Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees and payment terms are established through individual contracts negotiated directly with GetOnMessage outside of the platform.
We may offer trial licenses for evaluation purposes at our discretion. Trial licenses are subject to specific terms, duration limits, and usage restrictions as communicated at the time of issuance. Trial access may be revoked at any time without notice.
Payment terms, billing cycles, and pricing are governed by your individual contract with GetOnMessage. Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
We reserve the right to modify our fees and pricing structure. Any changes to your contracted fees will be communicated in accordance with your individual agreement and applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetOnMessage regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
